Role Summary

To be successful in this role, the right candidate will be able to develop effective relationships with prospective customers to maximise all new business sales opportunities. Have a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services. Be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering.

They must have the drive to hit, if not exceed predetermined sales targets in line with company growth targets. Develop and implement a prospect contact strategy ensuring prospect contact KPIs are achieved and exceeded.

And most importantly, employ a range of skills & resources in the development of qualified new business sales leads.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports etc. to management for planning and tracking business growth.
  • Advise our clients’ IT and business leaders on the key decisions they need to make with their data centres and computing services but also other digital infrastructure domains.
  • Work with the local sales and marketing team to identify pipeline and plan activities weekly, e.g. assisting in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Anchoring client visits from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, storyboard for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos/team discussions and front-ending the discussion.

Relevant Experience

  • Proven track record of selling Microsoft Business Central and Customer Engagement or another SaaS product.
  • Gathering, summarising and reporting of information.
  • Deep and hands-on understanding of Microsoft products such as Business Central and Customer Engagement.
  • Presentation and effective communication, business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Market knowledge and understanding of cost levels in the Dynamics, and competitive pricing.
  • Demonstrated performance in complex solutions and innovative deal construct.
  • Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
  • Financial management experience: estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment.

This role will be primarily a field-based one, but you will be required to travel to our Nottingham office for training and sales meetings.
