Salary £23,000 plus benefits (rising to £50,000 after 5 years)

If you are talented, enthusiastic, committed and a newly or recently qualified Graduate (2-3 years), you are just the person we are looking for to join our Graduate Recruitment Programme in September 2019.  The experience, knowledge and skills you will gain on this scheme will; give you an indepth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics365 implementation; offer you the opportunity to quickly become a respected and credible Dynamics Business Consultant, and; provide you with a rewarding career pathway at Columbus.

You will be based in our Consultancy department and will provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP/CRM/Digital transformation implementation. It is therefore essential that you are commercially focussed, a positive self starter and have strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational and oral/written communication skills.

You should have a minimum 2:1 Degree (or equivalent qualifications/experience) in one of the following subjects; Finance; Accounting; Law; Business; IT; Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing. You should be proactive, confident and commercially astute and be able to influence your key customers. You will be office based in our Nottingham head office and will need to have flexibility to travel both within the UK and eventually to mainland Europe.
