Holiday: 25 Days, Plus 8 Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

The Role of Recruitment Business Partner
Recruitment at Columbus Global has just been brought back in-house following an RPO agreement, and this role will play a major part in building our national approach to talent acquisition as we continue our growth plans for 2022, following 40 brand-new hires in 2021.
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner who can support the Recruitment & Employer Brand Manager (UK), with a number of on-going projects and the 40 roles we have live currently.
Moving forward you will be aligned to specific business lines, and become the “go to” partner for advice and guidance on anything recruitment, including undertaking and supporting managers with interviews, testing and recruitment campaigns.
You will also be heavily involved in building our employer branding, social and candidate experience within the UK market unit and supporting in the rollout of new recruitment processes across the business.
About you (The Essentials)
- Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles or similar.
- Determination and perseverance to fill “difficult to fill” roles.
- Flexible with day-to-day work and enjoys a laugh within a team.
- Willing to learn, suggest new ideas and improvements.
- A good standard of written and verbal English.
