The Role of Global CXE Marketing Manager
As Global CXE Marketing Manager for Customer Experience & Engagement, you will work closely with the business leadership team and subject matter experts to develop and implement the CXE Marketing strategy, content and integrated campaign plans.
You will be a part of the Business Line Management team where you will conduct value propositions, priority areas and content to get in contact with the right companies and people on Customer Experience & Engagement.
About You (The Essentials)
You must be an ‘analytical creative’ person, full of ideas, and passionate about successfully driving marketing projects and results.
You need to be an efficient communicator in a multi country setting both when speaking, writing and on video conferences. You should be able to view the detailed facts clearly, but also have a holistic overview. We expect you to have a strong mindset for team excellence, project leadership and digital marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience on creating and executing B2B marketing leads generating campaigns
- Experience from an international tech-software and/or services industry company preferably both HQ and local country work experience
- Strong experience in marketing campaign project management
- Content creation skills e.g., creating customer references, go to market materials etc
- International mindset with excellent English language skills
