The Role of Commerce Sales Specialist
This stand-alone role is a great opportunity to join a growing team and be part of our success in developing the eCommerce operations business line within the UK.
With over 5000 ERP and CRM customers worldwide, there is already a very-warm list of existing clients, backed up by our reputation as a 5x Microsoft Gold Partner, and over 1.7million consultancy hours delivered every year.
As part of this role you will need to understand the commerce markets, including industry, company, projects, company contacts and strategies to attract clients.
You will be involved in the stages of planning, identifying key participants and front ending the discussions with key stakeholders.
Guide clients to the right solutions by challenging their needs, creating new insights and engaging fully with our increasingly knowledgeable customers.
Create and maintain long term strategic relationships with the key client stakeholders, becoming their "Trusted Advisor".
Initiating and drive customer conversations and create development plans which meet their digital transformation requirements.
About You (The Essentials)
You will need to have a proven track record within the eCommerce sales solutions environment.
- Have a good insight into the various eCommerce solutions available on the market (e.g. Commercetools, Optimizely and Microsoft Commerce).
- Have experience with contract negotiation as well as the ability to close deals (£200,000+).
- Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
