Marketing Executive

You will assists the team with the planning and execution of the annual marketing strategy, successfully delivering a wide range of communications across digital and traditional channels.

Working with the team, the Marketing Executive assists with the planning and execution of the annual marketing strategy, successfully delivering a wide range of communications across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of regional and vertical campaigns in line with the global brand.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to the current customer base.
  • Create external marketing communications and manage email marketing campaigns through Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Conduct marketing analysis and statistical reporting to track the results from local marketing campaigns.
  • Grow the social media presence by creating engaging and relevant social media content.
  • Assist with event coordination of 3rd party events and with organising internal marketing events (online and offline) ensuring there is a follow-up strategy in place to measure the results.
  • Update the website with news items and localised global marketing content.
  • Ensure the global branding standards are adhered to in all UK marketing activities.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure a high standard of marketing materials are delivered.
  • All other duties commensurate with this role.
  • Create resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).
  • Create blogs on a regular basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and email subscribers.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a general marketing role OR a marketing degree.
  2. Experience of working with Hubspot or another marketing automation solution.
  3. Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  4. Experience building audiences either online or offline.
  5. A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
