Location: WFH with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required 

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Power Platform Principal Consultant

We're excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual to lead and shape our Power Platform practice in the UK, with strong backing from our global Centre of Excellence. 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform products and tools. You'll engage in presales and project work, crafting innovation solutions and advocating for the Power Platform within the team. 

You'll be supported by management at all levels, providing a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued. 

About You (The Essentials)

• Be able to deliver solutions within Power Platform, critically Power Apps (model and canvas) Power Automate and Dataverse
• Enthusiastic about Power Platform and the opportunities this enables for customers 
• Experience with some Low Code/ No Code
• Delivered into Medium/large-sized businesses (£50m+)
• Consulting experience within a Power Platform practice/partner
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, ALM Accelerator and CoE Framework
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
• Full drivers licence and access to vehicle

Travel and Hybrid Working

We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance. To maintain our collaborative approach, all team meetings take place face-to-face in our offices wherever possible.

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around UK travel and overnight stays is expected depending on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks so you know well in advance where you will be working.

We ask that those in customer-facing roles aim to come into the office at least once a month, these visits are usually coordinated within each team – but you can work from a Columbus office or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
