Columbus Dynamics is our largest business area. We have more than 500 skilled consultants helping customers implement and improve the technology that runs their business - specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365. Whether it’s Finance and Operations (F&O) for larger, more complex needs or Business Central (BC) for more flexible, mid-sized solutions, we tailor every project to fit our customer’s goals.

We aim to be their digital trusted advisor – not just delivering solutions, but building long-term partnerships, guiding them through digital change and helping them get real results from their technology. Growing steadily and sustainably has helped us create a culture built on trust, teamwork, and knowledge sharing – all of which drives success for our customers.

As a consultant in the Columbus Dynamics team, you’ll work on large, global, and exciting customer projects alongside your colleagues. Our customers are primarily in manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, and forestry.

What does a day as a Dynamics Consultant look like? One day you might run a customer workshop. The next, you could be creating a solution roadmap, mapping out processes, visiting a client's office, or learning new functionalities. Or maybe you’ll just be hanging out with your colleagues. One thing's for sure, you’ll find plenty of variety and growth opportunities.

I run the UK Dynamics Business Line. We help customers to realise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics investment in implementing ERP solutions into their organisations. The team is highly skilled through a mix of industry expertise and training they receive at Columbus. They are motivated and well rewarded and are treated as professional, self managing business consultants with a passion and desire to lead our customers.
