What are the Employee Roundtables?
The Employee Round Tables is an employee led steering group that work on enhancing the Columbus work environment, providing suggestions, ideas and action plans for improving our employees work experience day-to-day. It is a voluntary group, made up of representatives from across the business at all levels.
An Equal Voice

Part of why I joined Consultancy is that I like talking with people, being a Roundtable Ambassador it's good to hear from different viewpoints, from junior positions like myself up to the senior consultants and directors. We all have an equal voice. Joining internal focus groups like the Round Tables and Women's Inspirational Network, is a way for me to work with colleagues and improve Columbus which impacts my life here.
