As a Practice in the UK, we have around 30/40 employees, so we are still of a size where you can make a difference day-to-day.

Every team member has the opportunity to help shape our approach, methodology, and best practices and push our continuous improvement.

Our excellent team delivers on some of Columbus's most complex projects, from some high-profile clients.

What I love about my job and coming to work every day is feeling a great sense of motivation when I see my customers happy when they get the outcome they are looking for.

No two days are the same, there is always something new to learn.
The biggest challenge I face in this role is keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft technology, this is because it evolves so quickly, so we need to ensure that we take time each week to do some self-learning which thankfully Columbus is good at giving you the time. I like the change of new software releases, new projects, and new customers.
The people, culture and company values are some of the reasons to why I have stayed at Columbus for so long. I also like the variety of industries we get, and that is ever growing – we’re aiming at bigger projects as a business line.
I enjoy the fact we can work on international projects too, which keeps things interesting and exciting, and the opportunity to travel from time to time.
