With over 20 years of HR experience, including her role as People Team Director at Boston Consulting Group, Katharina will be a fantastic addition to our team. We’re looking forward to her leadership in driving our “People First” initiative. Welcome aboard, Katharina! 🚀

Katharina succeeds Per Fredriksson, who is retiring end August after 12 years with us. “I would like to thank Per for his contributions to Columbus. Since joining us through the acquisition of iStone in 2018, Per has held key roles, including People Director in Sweden and Norway, Global People Director, and most recently Chief People Officer. I wish him all the best for the future,” adds Søren Krogh Knudsen.
