Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Hybrid - 2 Days per week in Nottingham Offices (NG1)
Salary: Negotiable DoE
Working Hours: 36.5 Fulltime or 4 days per week considered, some flexibility required for evening meetings
Duration: June 2026 - August 2027
Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to meetings and event - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

By joining our team, you will be part of a global network of professionals across Sweden, Norway, USA, India and Denmark that values your voice, respects your ideas, and promotes a healthy work-life balance. We are responsible for Marketing all our service offerings including; Digital Commerce, Global ERP & CRM, Data & Automation, A.I. and Strategy and Growth.
Global meetings take place every Monday, so it is expected that for parttime candidates - this will be one of your working days along with Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday in the Nottingham Office.

The role of Head of Marketing
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (Based in Sweden) with a dotted line to the UK CEO - you will be responsible for the implementation of the overall marketing strategy for both the UK and the USA market units.
Working collaboratively across business lines and as member of both the UK and US senior management teams, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management or four direct reports (3 UK and 1 USA) overseeing all market unit marketing, advertising, publications and events.
About You (The Essentials)
Experience leading marketing teams in a multichannel, matrixed organisation.
Previous experience working in the consulting industry or similar service focussed industry.
Flexibility around working hours as required by the role.
Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
